EchoRemote is an AddOn to EchoLink. For operation you need a
running version of EchoLink (validated).
We tested EchoTool with EchoLink Version 1.9.892 and with an FT-897.

EchoRemote connects EchoLink with a transceiver, connected via a CAT-Interface and cable to your PC. With it, a user (connected to your stationvia Echolink) can controll the transceiver and use it for receiving and transmitting (if you allow sending).
In EchoRemote you can configure the needed parameters to fit to your transceiver. The COM-port and speed can also be set to your needs.
You can set if a band should be usable and set the bandlimit as you need them to fit your regulations (if your transceiver supports more HI).
